Hello!

I have problem with my account. i got message from client to my personal gmail but i cant see that message in my airbnb account. There is text" You do not have access to this thread" Why is that?

Lucky you @Tony-And-Una0 !  I'm still stuck sadly.

I posted about this co-hosting "no access" bug which has impacted me since early December.  I was told by Customer Service on two occasions back then Engineering has been working on it.  4-5 weeks and many missed messages later, still no luck.

As some people noted, this has popped up before as early as 2017/2018--same symptoms, different causes?--but the bug (pandemic) seems to be much more widespread this time.
