Account suspended reach standard?

hi i recived a message on my dashbord that my account is risk if i do not focus on improving thr meet of the standards What does that mean actully i hva 5 stars on everiting and very good coments Can anyone let me know what i am suposed to do?

Possibly a couple of things Lorena. You cancelled a guests reservation and that is a big deal no, no!! You must never cancel a confirmed guest booking. With only 2 reviews and that cancellation you have nowhere to hide from that one.

The other possibility is have you declined a few reservation or enquiry requests. Airbnb will once again punish you by suspending your listing if they feel you are declining too many enquiries with out good reason.

Sorry you are experiencing a bit of a bumpy start but try to read up on a few of the rules of Airbnb hosting and it should get better.

This happened to me this week.  I'm not happy about it - because Airbnb allowed the website to double book my house.  I cancelled the double booking and called airbnb and the girl on the phone said it was a "glitch" - and really did not seem to care about it.  It was very dissapointing cnosidering I am a 2 year user and Super Host on airbnb and they still sent me that crappy message.  Terry,
