Does anyone advertise their space? And if so, where at and have you noticed it being beneficial? I just started hosting this month so I was wondering what most people do.
@Tawny3 I personally don't advertise it, It has been all booked out during the summer season which is the only time we have tourists here. I tried advertising last year in online pages in my country but it was pointless since by the time summer came I was already almost fully booked so I was answering pointless phone calls just declining guests. But I guess if you have people comming all over the year or you have a very specific and unique listing you will benefit from advertising. We see a lot of Airbnb lintings that are one of a kind beeing advertised and even have waiting lists and if that is the case with you than by all means do advertise it.
Thanks for your response. I may need to give it a little time and see if it naturally gets booked on it's own before investing anything. So far since listing at the begining of this month it's been consistenly booked, but not sure if that will keep up!
@Tawny3 I hope it does, I just saw your listing and it looks so wonderful and cozy. Try and give your best service every time and the reviews will make the decision of booking with you easier for every guest.
Hello, how do I advertise my mobile massage company to hosts in Miami?
I will be open to do Air B&B in June htis year, in Galicia, Spain. Someone told me that I am not permitted to advertise or have a website if I am just registered to do Air B&B. Is this correct?
There is a share icon on the right top side of your property listing. You can be copying that url link and be pasting it in other platforms you feel is your target market. I believe you are supposed to market what you are offering in order to increase your bookings
