Airbnb App and the Resolution Centre

I find it very strange that I can host and manage listings using the Airbnb app on my iPhone, and even request money from a guest, but I cannot follow up the status of the claim through the App.

I find it absolutely bizarre that CS has no knowledge of this and suggested switching to travelling and doing a search in the help area of “Resolution Centre”. Their knowledge of their App is awful

@Hugh0  Yes the app has is frustratingly limited in some ways. 

As to CS, they are outsourced call center workers who have no knowledge or training. They often are not familiar with policy. You may get lucky once in a blue moon, but it’s largely a waste of time.
