Airbnb Beta causing Instant book???

I am using the Beta Pricing, and one of my listings just turned into 'Instant Book' without my knowledge. I am going to have to cancel this reservation, thus putting my and my hosting in a negative light. 

Does anyone else partcipate in these Beta programs (like the Trip/Travel experience, etc), have things happen, and not have a knowledgeable point of contact? Those of us that are being Beta testing do need more help, perhaps a different and more knowledgable department to talk to?

Anyone else running into this?
