Airbnb ignores Chinese evidence and asks us to install CCTV to monitor the guests sleeping at our homes.

@女士0, I am not sure what you are asking here, or trying to tell us.

What exactly is "Chinese evidence"?

If you do install cctv in guests room you will be breaking the law! Please don’t do that and you should calme down and write fully about what you trying to ask

@女士0

Though this post has dated for a while, but i'm still interested in to understand what's going on and how Airbnb and 'The Lady' worked out this issue. I'm also willing to help for tranlations if any.

@女士0 is referring to a post from January 2018 by a Taiwanese host named Cindy.

”Chinese evidence” refers to the documentation and voice recordings that the host provided during the resolution/claims process, that CS refused to accept as it was not in the English language.
