Airbnb photography

Hi,

The professional airbnb photographer took photos of our apartment on 15 March 2016 and told me he would send them to airbnb within 24 hours, afterwhich it would take 7 -10 days. I still have not seen any photos. Is anyone else experiencing this delay or other photo related trouble?
