Airbnb staff refused to admit their mistake and right their wrong

I have an instant booking with "smart pricing" which is only $67 AUD per night. But I already set up my minimum price is $90 AUD. After I realized Airbnb made this booking for me I have contacted them couple of times. Only two of them said it is Airbnb fault. But I still received an email from Airbnb ( one of the tele receptionist her name is Ann Mary) said Airbnb did not do any thing wrong. which meant Airbnb can put any price they like!

Do NOT use Smart Pricing, it is a disaster, lots of horror stories.

But may be I am naive, the Airbnb has policy it is said the smart price will be within the minimum and maximium 

There are a few things that do not work as advertised:

 

Smart pricing as anything but smart

 

Host guarantee guarantee's hardly anthing

 

And the Security Depost provides no security.

 

Ohh and your Cancellation Policy can be easily nullified!

But even a lot of people know that, and I assume Airbnb knows that as well, those things still are happening. How can we fix that?

The million dollar question....

 

I agree, it is beyong rational belief that someone high up the food chain does not know. Does it have a significant enough impact on the big picture?
