Airy and modern beachfront apartment

  1. On 4/9/2016 Albrecht Veronique was due to check in on my apartment ( confirmation code WN8QY8).
    Due to a key problem, meanwhile solved , they only checked in on 5/9/2016. I have therefore agreed the full payment for the hotel they were obliged to take for that night, which I did today.  Airbnb was informed about the situation through Mr Leandro with whom I have talked with.
    However pay out has never been made.
    Could you please inform why this situation is still a pending matter?

Also, at the bottom of the guest reservation itinerary is a phone number by which you can reach AirBnB.
