I log in this afternoon and find a warning . You are at risk! Your account could be suspended if you don’t focus on improving to meet Airbnb hosting standards.

The only thing that I can think of was the reservation that I declined. A request to be picked up in the City and then returned when the trip was done. An hour each way. There is nothing out here except for one Tourist Attraction that you can walk to. All other destinations require transportation. We provide breakfast only, no other meals. Was I to provide meals also? Or drive to a resteraunt so they could eat and wait outside until they were ready to return? This booking was for several days. It states in my listing that you need transportation out here. We are in the boonies so to speak. I do not believe I was out of line suggesting that this was not a good fit.
We go out of our way to ensure our guest have the best experience while visiting, but this was too much. Does AirB&B just send out a computer generator warning? If not do they really believe this request should have be accommodated?
