Or is it at all? I'm not really sure about this. I knew that the room would be a mess. She has a 4yr old child and typically with younger children there are stains and spills etc. There are dark stains on the bed sheets along with milk stains. I told her before I rented it out that she must treat my place better than she does her own, thinking that would help. I guess it didn't. There were also 2 spots on the wall where she colored with pen. So do I just buy new sheets? The walls and stains in the carpet I can get out, so I'm not too worried about that. Where are the hopitality boundaries in homes with that as compared to hotel rooms? And I will def put in my comments that she is better suited in a hotel. Thank you.

I had sheets, duvet and towels caked in fake tan. Fortunately the laundry experts managed to clean them but failing that I would have incurred a big loss. I’m not sure if a deposit claim would pay out?
