Attach photos on a guest complain

The last guest told me that there are stains con rugs and wanna send me photos of that. How it can be possible - sending photos not the stains... ?

I wanna send the photos for the cleanning staff.

By using a regular email-address to sent a message to the special Airbnb email-address, photo's can be attached and will be transferred to the recepient, only the text will appear in the message system.

Another option is: upload the foto's to some space on the internet and provide the link into the email, in this case the Airbnb message system can be used, if guest has a confirmed reservation.
