Availability settings can not be changed (But are changed)

When we went live our availability settings changed.
We had set check out at 10:00 this is now fully open.
We set latest reservation 12:00 same day, this is now 18:00.

The problem now is that when we went live these settings also became unavalable.
So I can look at this setting but not change (the edit-button is disabled).
