Best way to collect TAT and GET from guests.

Hello, 

I am a new host located in Hawaii, USA. Here we have a 9.25% TAT and 4.25% GET. I am looking for advice from expereinced hosts with this matter. I am on the fence about including this additional 14.5% cost in my base price. Or telling inquiring guests, sorry, but there is also a 14.5% additional costs. Sucks to be you. Which approach is better and why?

Or dont pay taxes and go to Jail. Let me know
