Bookings schedule for your cleaner

Hi Fellow Hosts,

I'm sure most of you, like myself, find it incovenient that Airbnb does not provide a schedule formatted in a way that you can simply provide it to your cleaner- void of reservations costs and unnecessary info but inclusive of party size. In that vein, I went ahead and utlized my VBA coding skills and developed a schedule creator that produces a simple, easy to read schedule at the click of a couple buttons and saves as a PDF. The schedule only contains pertinent booking info- reservation dates, guest name, and party size. This makes it really easy for your cleaner and also doesn't disclose your reservation costs. It will save you time & money, especially if you're constantly getting new bookings. The schedule creator is ran out of Microsoft Excel, so no fancy software to download or website sign up.

hi @Jason485, I'd be interested in your program. Air recently changed the visible formatting of the calendar so that it shows the reservation stopping the night before the guest leaves which has confused my cleaner about when to actually come and clean. How do I communicate with you?
