No, sadly deactivating a listing is permanent so you will need to recreate the listing from scratch.

I realy dont see what is the problem. Several times I sent the instruction for payment , all details about Bank and accoutn. Is this some joke? Every five days I receive the same E-mail from Airbnb with explanation that they have 219 euros for me ( because the guests stayed in decembar 2015 and January 2016, and they paid to Air bnb).,and ask from me instructions for payment. So, until today I dend 10 times all details, but no money on my account yet.
I want to resolve this problem urgently!
Please, give me some contact number of Airbinb company or help me.
