Can't send message in response to query from guest. Nothing happens when I click send message

A prospective guest asked for some further information, but when I clicked on send message, nothing happened. Tried two browsers: same result.

I have the same problem. It used to be no problem with messaging guest and all messages could be reviewed. It's making it hard to communicate.  It seems like airbnb is catering to smart phone users and not those of us using computers.
