I just got an instant book of 3 nights, from 28/12 to 31/12. Very unfortunate dates, hosting wise, as it blocks the whole new years for just 3 nights. I have already change the custom minimum stay for christmas and new years to 5 nights, but my question now is regarding cancelling this reservation.
The reason is actually not an economic one either, but I can't guarantee that the cleaning company can go there and clean on new years eve/day. Is this enough to cancel penalty free? It was booked less than 12 hours ago.
(I'm new, and I know I can cancel any reservation penalty free during the first month, how can I see if I'm still in the trial period?)
