Hello, 

 

I just got my listing booked for the dates that I closed long time ago since they were sold. All of a suden new guest made an reservation, and since I have instant booking they got accepted. I explained the situation to the guest, but he does not want to cancle as he will get charged airbnb fee. 

 

I have an superhost status and I dont want to cancel from my side, specily becuase I know I locked those dates. I checked many times and i am 100% sure, as I rented my enitre hostel couple months ago. Something probably hapened on airbnb side, and it would not be the first time.

 

Please advise how can i cancel  this new booking and not lose my superhost status. I am willing to pay airbnb fee that guest needs to pay, but plase advise how.

You would need to contact airbnb on the matter if there is a system glitch.
