Cancellation as a Host

I recently had some serious family issues come up, and have to move from my current residence that I am listing on Airbnb. I had to cancel all of my upcoming reservations, and was told there was a way to apply for forgiveness of the penatlies. I am not seeing a place to do that? If anyone knows the process to do that any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Jordan7 It would have been better to have contacted Airbnb before you cancelled.  You can contact Airbnb to see if your situation falls under Extenuating Circumstances as listed here:
