Changing verification requiirements ( for someone who already requested to book)

I have had my verification settings set to "must varify ID". I had a request from a woman who needs a place for her parents, near her own home and pre-approved her. However, she hasn't done ID verification. I said I'll change my rrequirements temporarily for he, however it is still asking her for verification, and at my end it says I cannot accept a booking as those dates are not available ( as they are pre-approved for her pending verification). Is there any way to get this booking through, as I am keen to get it....

You can check this with Airbnb but Im pretty sure the Airbnb booking conditions state that the person making the booking must be the person staying in the accommodation, ie: a third party can't book on someone else's behalf. Otherwise I think it invalidates your insurance and liability protection.
I had the same situation twice with requests for parents, so I had to decline the request, and give them time for the parents to register themselves and book.
