pending reservation request

Hi, I read that if I do not accept or decline a pending reservation request I will be penalized.

I would like to know how to manage with that in case i don't have an internet connection for 24 hours or in any case I am unable to respond within 24 hours which I usually do. is there the possibility to set up an option for not receiving the reservation request but just an info/booking request? Thank you

Turn off instant book

@Byrd0 - Instant bookers can do just that - book instantly without you needing to accept/decline.

@Chiara69 you can be either open (listed) for receiving both inquiries and requests,

or you can 'snooze' (under 'listed' setting)  your listing for a time of your choosing.

ok, thank you very much. 

But what exactly mean to snooze a listed space? Does it appear as available in the snoozed period of time or it appears as available but the system doesn't allow the guest to lauch a pending reservation without have sent an inquiry to me before?
