Co-Host tab and/or option is missing

I have searched and read all the help post about how to add a co-host, but the option is simply missing on my end. I have tried everything, please help.

@Maryeling0 @Are you using the app or a computer and web browser?  A lot of detail is missing (or impossible to find) on the App.
