Colaboration with local institutions and tax payment ratting

I'm suggesting Airbnb to colaborate with the local- country institutions- and also to include a ratting for the propietors that pay the taxes in each country. As your quality ratting, have you tried to developp an index where you show the hosts, the propietor is paying the taxes generated by the economic activity on Airbnb.

As a host I'd like to know the owner is paying the taxes generated by my activity, and as a propietor i don't mind to share my income coming from Airbnb as I declare it.

Why not to become a development key player in the countries you operate?. Your issues in terms of "advantages" vs the clasical hotel's tax payment will finish if you colaborate and promote the owners who declare and have their apartments in complete legal conditions.
