Contact and payment (STILL NOT ANSWERED, DISREGARD NUMBER OF REPLIES)
Dear all,
I have two simple questions. First, is there any way how to contact AirBnB, such as e-mail or chat? I couldn't find any. Secondly, what can I do when verifying my payment method takes like two weeks, which is much more than the usually maximal 5 working days?
I have some money pending and I can't get them because of this problem, eventhough I have written the account number correctly, so I don't really know what can be the cause.
I would like to know the answers to these questions too, sorry to jump in.
I have money outstanding in airbnb that a guest has paid, but it has not been released to me also for the same reason. I have had payments ok in the past via a different bank account.
I have also not found any 'Chat' but I will keep looking.
Thank you for the link. I have to admit that I was searching on AirBnB and Google, not on the forum. Yet, it doesn't help. I don't have Twitter, if numbers are only for urgent matters, I can't call (not to mention that I have very expensive calls anyway) and as of community experts - well, I am here 😄 But I was specifically asking for e-mail or chat. I have read that there should be some, yet I haven't found it. And above all, I was asking about the payment problem, where I still don't have any answer. So, I'd be still happy to get help in both matters.
