Dates error on airbnb app

As hosts, we usually manage our listing on a laptop and the calendar seems perfectly fine and reliable.

Today (Monday February 29th) my mother showed me the availability calendar of our listing on her smartphone. It showed February 29th 2016 as a Sunday, March 1st as a Monday, etc, i.e. systematically a day out. Any explanations?
