Denied city license

My STR license was denied at first but I called and got it straightened out. I entered my license number on BNB app and it is saved on there. But up above that it still says "Your license was denied....please see the email they sent you...."

How do I change the status on the app?

Will that cause me any issues if I can't change it?

The best advice I can provide is for you to call Airbnb and ask to submit a copy of your approved license so that they can manually update the website.
