Different Sec. Deposits based on length of stay

Is it possible to set/publish more than one security/damage deposit?  I would charge a much smaller amount for short stays, but wish to charge a greater amount for a long stay, such as a week or month.

Hi @Nancy23,

No, there is no way of doing this on the Airbnb system.  If you are doing a long term stay, Airbnb recommends you have a rental agreement and I would charge an additional security deposit which I would collect before releasing keys.

Thank you @Dave-and-Deb0!   I will check the article you referred, but quickly, is 1-2 months considered "long term"?
