Error message when confirming booking as a host

I just tried to confirm a booking request. Unfortunately, I only get an error message without any further details. It only tells me to try to confirm later (something went wrong"). Error prevails for a couple of hours.

In the meantime I got a reminder (answer within 24h period).

I tried mobile app and laptop. Same error. I am travelling in another country, but I guess this should not be a problem for AirBnB.

Can anyone help?
