Give extra towels for long rental?

Ciao! I have been having a really good experience with my rental in venice italy! We do not have laundry in our home, we wanted to wait and see how the first months went before we bought. So it is not selected that we have on airbnb, and guests still love the place and no complaints. Now i have a request for 12 days. He should know there is no laundry, as shown on homes page.

I am concerned about extra towels and linens. He has not asked anything regarding this yet. I was thinking to offer 3 sets of towels for the two people and a change of linen for 2 beds... Which is 4 sets total, i believe they will sleep seperate.

Then if he wants more he would pay for a cleaning lady or extra?

What is the regular for such situations. I have weekly discounts so for 12 nights 2 people pay 1236€. My home is new, comfortable, everything inside besides laundry. And is high season in venice, so I am sure he found a good deal for 12 nights.

Hi 

I would think you would definitely need to supply a change of linen and towels for 12 days.  I think I might up the towels so they can change them a little more often to maybe 3 sets.  The only thing is that if they are there then guests tend to use them so I would make clear that if they require more then they would have to pay extra or you may find they are all used within a few days.

Yes there is a laundry service place very close, then one about 10/12 min walk away that one group of guests had used...

One self service 10-12 min elak away... Sorry did not compelte my thought in writing!

Hi guys, I've just had an Italian family check out after 10 days, I left 2 towels each for them, then after 6 days I had the cleaner go in and change the bedding and then change the towels again. I had no complaints and some towels were unused 👍🏻 happy hosting

I would most definitely not let guests do laundry in the laundrymat, things can get totally ruined. Send on a cleaner halfway through and blitz the place, with the guests agreement. Keeps everything good.
