Global versus rule set weekly discounts

So I have a global discount for weekly (7 night stays) which I want applied to roughly 80% of the weeks in the year. 

The 20% of weeks where I only take 7 night bookings (high-season) I don't wish to have a discount. I set up a rule set for these weeks. Friday check in, 7 day min stay, no weekly discount. But the problem is I can't set the weekly discount to 0%. I can set it as low as 1% and that overrides my default 25% weekly discounts - but I can't say 0%.

Does this annoy anyone else?

It is indeed annyoing a discount can  not completely be removed by a rule set.

Maybe report it via Airbnb Feedback 

In the mean time: increase prices in same ruleset by 1% and provide 1% discount.... ;>)
