My guest booking 16th Sept to 19th Sept , but ring me saying he arrive now in 10 min where today date is 9th Sept. He was sorry for mistake and was lucky i have extra apartment for him so I let him check-in and he won't end up sleep at street.. . Now the problem is, how the payment ? as approved and accepted should be next week. How to notify Air b n b , so this guest won't suddenly cancel or decline by now.
Hi Gigi, Try to alter the guest's reservation using your computer.Go to your message and open your guest message.You'll see the "change or cancel",click on that one.Choose CHANGE the reservation and you can adjust the date and hit SEND. Ask your guest to accep the alteration ASAP! Then,you'll get a notice in your inbox that guest accept your alteration. Hope this helps.
Note: Do not CANCEL RESERVATION just choose CHANGE RESERVATION
