Guest booking changes

A guest has made initial enquiries but now want to change dates of the booking.  The guest told me that Airbnb does not allow her to change the dates of the booking.  What should I do?  Should I decline the booking?  Thanks for any advice.

using a computer because form mobile devices this function is not available,

open the conversation with the guest and send to the guest a special offer modifing the dates

Experienced this a few times before. You can ask your guests to follow these steps: If it's a pending reservation: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/801/can-i-make-changes-to-a-pending-reservation-request And if it's a confirmed booking: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/913/can-i-change-a-reservation-as-a-guest *Usually links are blocked before confirmation so I just copy and paste the instructions into the message. Quite helpful that you can select the instructions in other languages too.
