Guest cancellation

I had a guest cancel 17 days ago and we operate with a strict cancellation policy. It says we are owed $219 as part of our terms under "Strict cancellation policy" yet no money has gone into my nominated account. I have indicated I will refund additional money if we get that period booked, however, I'm not going too until that money appears in my account. Can anybody help? It does say that the money is released to us upon cancellation, but can take up to 30 days. Has anybody else had to wait 30 days before the money is released?

@Bj10 also, I don't believe $ will be sent to you until the date of the reservation arrives anyway
