We had a guest who reserved and stayed at our house for 4 nights. He emailed me when he arrived with No problem and No concerns and emailed me after he left again with no problems and no concerns. When it was time to review and give feedback he suddenly decided there were many issues. It seems as though he looked at a former guests negative review and basically copied all of the same concerns. None of his allegations are true. He is asking for a full refund. I hope Airbnb realizes this type of "scam". I will NOT give in.
