Guest reviews

Hi, we have taken a number of bookings from guest for this coming year, that have been verified by airbnb, but no reviews seem to be available for any of them, some are members for some time but again no reviews is this normal, or can guests have no reviews???

It's totally normal for guests, even long term guests, to have no reviews.   I'd be worried if the guest mentioned that they'd used Airbnb in the past and still had no reviews, but otherwise I personally don't worry too much about not-yet-reviewed guests.  95% of my guests are first time users with no reviews and I trust my gut.   I'm lucky that I've had miserable guests, but going into my 6th year hosting on Airbnb, very few real problems.
