Hi everyone,

I had a reservation on Saturday. She came and leaved her stuff and went. And then she came at 5 am with her boyfriend. She wanted to stay with him in a same upper bunk bed. I didn't allow it. So he sleeped on futon in living room. In morning so they woke up late and went to had breakfast. They came back and got their stuff and leaved my apartment. I sent her that you have pay me 30 $ but she didn't answer. What can I do?

@Jack16 do you have an extra guest fee after 1 person?  If so, you can go to the resolution center and request payment.  Here's how:

Yes It was. But she brought boyfriend without any permission. Resolution center solved my problem. Thank you for your kindness @Clare0
