Guests' train appears scheduled to arrive 3 hours earlier than they think it does

Greetings from Chicago.

I have two guests,  retired teachers from Mexico,  arriving tomorrow--  booked yesterday,  new Airbnbers,   English appears very limited -- I had to translate instructions after sending.

They appear to believe they will get here 12:30p but I asked about where they were coming from etc and when I checked the Amtrak schedule,  it appears they will arrive 9:40a.   I've messaged to check,  but they may be asleep on the train.

If I don't hear back from them,  I'll try to follow up with options-- however,  while my spanish is fine,  it's clear they don't have Google Maps Uber/Lyft etc (I gave them turn-by-turn directions).   I'm away in the morning for an appointment and our cleaners is not scheduled to arrive until 12:30p.

Genuinely,  I don't think they'll be able to get in and find their room without personal attention,  and they may get lost on the way here (I was hoping to head to meet them,  given what I've gathered).

If anyone is out there,   do you have thoughts or ideas on what I might message,  to make this a better experience for guest in this position / avoid disaster?

Gracias a todos!

@Kenneth12, Mexico??  No worries!  They have a very different sense of time anyway! Manana (sorry, can't type the tilde) does not actually mean "tomorrow," it simply means "not today!"  Fun culture, and pretty darned laid back.  Life is a siesta!  You can relax.  @Branka-and-Silvia0 gave you some great advice.  If you're going to hang out with them much, you'll have a lot of fun.

Truly, you have nothing to worry about.

And, no gracias  a mi, gracias a Dios!

@Kenneth12

3 hours early on Amtrak?

Bless your heart Kenneth.

I understand why you're a superhost.

Ha!  Yes,  I was somehow thinking they might make it at the advertized arrival time for the Lake Shore Limited,   9:30am!
What was I thinking?
