Guests unable to see recommendations on guidebook

Hi,

A couple of guests have told me that they can't see the recommendations for places to eat nearby on the map on my listing. One guest showed me and the pins are on the map but you can't click on them and nothing comes up when you hover over them? Looks fine on my interface though.

Wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Maybe it's a Google thing?

@Lauren10 More likely a mobile app failure.  I would suggest they use a device with Google Chrome.

This might be due to the browser they'e using. AirBnB only claims to fully support the Chrome browser, so you might suggest the same to the guests. (I personally haven't experienced Guidebook problems on Safari either, and I haven't tried the Guidebook in other browsers.)
