Hi. Yesterday I welcome a guest who had been with us on a previous occasion a year ago aprox. When a guest comes to my place, Airbnb necessarily pairs his identity with my property. Wouldn't it be nice for Airnbnb to let us know that a given guest is coming back for a second, third time and even let us know the date of his previous stay? It is always a nice thing to be remembered as a guest. It makes you feel special if you perceive some sort of recognition from your host.
It is all there in the messaging, @Cheo-And-Inger-Lise0 . I'm always thankful that those message threads don't go away, so I can say, "It will be good to see you again!"
Like you, I don't always remember who has been here before.
Take a look at the message thread with that guest. Dates and all the back-and-forth are right there.
Hi @Cheo-And-Inger-Lise0 . As @Lawrene0 has stated, go to the inbox and all prior history, dates of stay, nightly rate charged and conversations is all there. Helps for group and family names, and if any special pricing etc was previously offered.
