Hello,

I would like to rent out one of my rooms via Airbnb in Hamburg. I am wondering if it is still a legal activity, to rent out the room of the apartment that I am also living in. Who is the autority to ask this question?

Second issue is, do i need to pay tax and how am I going to pay the tax? Thank you
