I just listed my Airbnb Feb. 2019.  I have been reading the Home Sharing Ordinance and it looks scary for the future Airbnb host. I am renting 2 rooms in my home.  Does anyone know if the 120 day include both rooms combined or is it 120 days per room?  If someone has the answer, please respond at your earliest convenience.

That's a very good question for all of us worldwide, and an excellent Question of Law as there's always grey areas in Law.

Have you had a read of the documents?

If you use keywords relating to Home Sharing Ordinance,  LA, CA in CC and on the internet - keep an eye on Airbnb in news as there's often useful information tucked in there.
