Help from Airbnb

I am getting a message which says" unable to vauthorize your account" when i log in. The page sodes then open and all seems to work except I am unable to decline a current inquiry.

All I want to do is ask someone at airbnb what is going on! how can I contact a real person? I used to be able to do this, has that changed? 

I am concerned that my account has been compromised somehow
