Host Cancellation

Hi I need to cancel a reservation.  I am a host.  What are things that I have to pay... I tried to cancel but it says that guest will have full refund.  What does that mean?

Never never NEVER cancel a reservation.  Do EVERYTHING you can to keep ALL your reservations.
