as far as I know you can only state it in your house rules.

Be carefull , Airbnb host guarantee doesn't cover damages done by pets so think about pet security deposit or something

Are you talking about hosting dogs, not people? If so, you can list on Rover and set up your house for doggy daycare or overnight boarding.

I think hosting dogs instead of people is a good business plan for hosts who cannot provide wifi as dogs aren't interested in that anyway.
