I have found out yesterday the law has changed again last week here in London for Airbnb's Host.
From now on, any leaseholder whose lease includes a term that his flat should be used as a “private residential flat only”, and he lets his flat short-term, it will be a breach of the lease term if he does not live there with “a degree of permanence beyond being there for a weekend or a few nights in the week”.
Does anyone has a comment on this in particular to how the council enforces the law?
