Hosting in jamaica

Ok guys I have a question I am hosting my first guess its there second day I went in to clean as I offer to clean the room once per day they had made a mess nothing is broken but my floor is a mess its as if they showered and just walked out the bath room, what should I do

You should talk to the guest, bring up the issue and instruct how to use the bathroom.

I say do nothing. If the floor is wet just dry it. If there is no damages or potential damage.. 

what is the problem?
