I am a new single female hosts, against my better judgement I agreed to let a family of four to come stay in my small extra room. Found out they are homeless, have no money to pay, do not take care of the unruly kids with them, her husband is really her younger boyfriend and she's pregnant. Air bnb wont

Did they actually book with you through AirBnb? You should be paid within 24 hours. How long did you let them rent for? You should contact AirBnB immediately to have them rehomed if they are breaking your rules.

Was it an ABB booking, how long for, how long have they stayed, what do they say when asked to leave, what did ABB say when you contacted them.

We will then be able to give our opinions on what we think you should do.
