House or cabin?

I live in Australia and we have a so-called granny flat on our property next to the main house which we rent out on airbnb. 

How do you categorise a granny flat? Is it a cabin or a house? I've noticed that airbnb doesn't allow to list a cabin for business purpose, however, I found quite a lot of cabins all over the world listed on airbnb which look like a proper house.
