House swap - Come to Philadelphia! I’m willing to travel anywhere

Anyone interested in a trip to Philly over the next couple of months? My house is available  and ready for a swap. I’d love to work something out where I can stay in Southern California in August. I’m also very open to other locations and dates. We don’t have to trade for the exact same week. 

I have a three bedroom house about 1400 sq ft with the yard. Very close to downtown Philly which is booming with restaurants, museums, night life etc. Also close to other areas where you can have fun with friends and family.
